Julio A Spallone

SHAMOKIN – Julio A. Spallone, 63, of 136 E Sunbury Street, passed away Friday, April 16, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born in Bronx, NY on October 20, 1957 he was the son of the late Pasquale and Rose (DeGennaro) Spallone. He worked as a mechanic.

Julio is survived by two daughters, Anna Mensch and her husband, Andrew of Shamokin, and Cassandra Honicker of Mount Carmel; a step-daughter, Megan Holohan; four grandsons, Steven Bartholomew, Daniel Bartholomew, and Andrew Mensch, Jr.; three granddaughters, Kaylee Bartholomew, Mila Mensch, and Paisley Mensch; and two brothers, Peter Spallone, and his wife, Wendy of Elysburg, and Jerry Spallone of NY. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Anthony Spallone.

Julio A. Spallone, 63, of 136 E Sunbury Street, Shamokin – Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 6:30 pm with Reverend Joan Brown, officiating at Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral and Cremation Service 240 W Chestnut Street, Shamokin, Lori Ann Campbell, Supervisor. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
