James L Sienkiewicz

Shamokin - James L. Sienkiewicz Sr. 75, of Shamokin, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville.

He was born in Dornsife, son of Jerome and Nellie (Niedzwiecki) Sienkiewicz.

Jim was proud to have served the United States Army in Vietnam. Jim had the ability to bring out the best and worst of the people he knew. He had a good heart but not a lot of patience. Anyone who met Jim could see that if you had patience to spare, you would be a better person for having known him.

Jim is survived by family which include, his son John Sienkiewicz, his nephew and caretaker Henry Sienkiewicz, four grandchildren; James L. Sienkiewicz III, Chad Sienkiewicz, Brandon Sienkiewicz and Dakota Sienkiewicz, and also two great grandchildren and his sister Susan Malesic.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son James L. Sienkiewicz jr. and granddaughter Alexandria K Sienkiewicz, his brothers; Leon, Henry, Raymond, Gerald, John, Thomas, and Mark Sienkiewicz.

FUNERAL NOTICE

James L. Seinkiewicz, Sr., 75, of Shamokin – Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 11:00 am at Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral & Cremation Service, 240 West Chestnut Street, Shamokin, PA, Lori Ann Campbell, Supervisor. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.
