Daryl E Hartman

Shamokin – Daryl E. Hartman III, 39, of 341 S. 5th Street, passed away Monday, January 12, 2021 in Tharptown.

Born in Danville on December 11, 1981 he was the son of Daryl Hartman Jr, and Billiejo (Bailey) Williams, who survive. He graduated from Shamokin High School in 2000. He attended Northumberland County Vo-Tech. He worked at PSI in McAdoo as a “Professional Boxer.” He worked as painter for Fleetwood and was in the Carpenters Union.

Daryl was a member of Calvary Fellowship Church. He was a member of The Sobieski Club, the Independence Fire Company and a member of Nikomahs Camping Association.

Daryl was a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan. He loved to bust the chops of the Dallas Cowgirls fans. One of his favorite moments was going to see the Philadelphia Phillies play in The World Series in 2008 with his Dad, Aunt, and Uncle. He liked fishing, being outside and shooting horseshoes. He loved being with his nieces, nephews, and cousins. He like to make people laugh and was always the life of the party. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Daryl is survived by his mother, Billiejo Williams and her husband, Daniel of Shamokin; father, Daryl Hartman Jr and his wife, Cindy of Coal Township; three brothers, Joshua Hartman of Shamokin, Jarod Hartman of Shamokin, and Daniel Williams Jr, and his wife, Michelle of Paxinos; two sisters, Cassondra Hartman and her companion, Jerry Sandafer of Shamokin, and Amber Zwolinski of Shamokin; five nephews, Logan Williams, Owen Hartman, Carsen Zwolinski, Grayson Hartman, and Emmitt Sandafer; three nieces, Nadia Williams, Emerson Williams, and Ameera Williams; and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Daryl was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Daryl, Sr. and Maureen (Curran) Hartman; Maternal Grandparents, Irvan and Marylou (Nye) Bailey; Paternal Step-Grandfather, Lamar Grow; and Maternal Step-Grandparents, Thomas R and Margaret (Foulds) Williams.

Daryl E Hartman, III, 39, of 341 S 5th Street, Shamokin – Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family.  Memorial service is being planned at Nikomahs Campground for friends and family in the Spring, due to COVID-19.
