Barbara (Coldiron) Myers

Ranshaw – Barbara Myers, 79, of 346 Main Street, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 27, 2020 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Glen Rogers, West Virginia on July 7, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Harry and Geraldine (Jones) Coldiron. She attended school in Glen Rodgers.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Dennis Myers; two sons, twins, Patrick Myers and his wife, Georgina of Shamokin, and Paul Myers and his wife, Brenda of Excelsor; a sister, Hilda Lee Lubich and her husband, Ronny of WV; three grandsons, Paul Vernitsky, Nicholas Vernitsky and his wife, Debra, and Hunter Myers; three granddaughters, Tabby Vernitsky, Milly Mayeresky, and Megan Long; a great grandson, Gavin Wondolosky; and a great granddaughter, Grace Vernitsky. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Buster and Hilda (Dillon) Daniels; Step-Father, Ross Phipps; and two sisters, Pamela Cabe and Harriet Coldiron.

Barbara Myers, 79, of 346 Main Street, Ranshaw – Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 11:00 am with Reverend Sarah Hershberger, officiating at Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral and Cremation Service, 240 W Chestnut Street, Shamokin, Lori Ann Campbell, Supervisor. Burial will be held following the service in Northumberland Memorial Park, Sunbury.
