Anita L (Pallash) Lebo

Shamokin- Anita L. Lebo, 70, of 206 South Pearl Street, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center, Shamokin.

Born in Danville on September 26, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Attwood Pallash and A. Percilla (Yoder) Pallash. She graduated from Shamokin High School in 1969.

On February 16, 1972, Anita married Leroy Lebo at the Lutheran Church in Maryland, they were together for 58 years. Anita was a CNA at Mountain View Manor for 28 years.

In addition to her husband, Anita is survived by her three sons, Leroy Lebo, Jr., of Shamokin, Jason Robert Lebo, of Shamokin, and Eric Lebo, of Lavelle; six granddaughters, Bridget Lebo, Brooklyn Lebo, Brianna Lebo, Marisa Lebo, Summer Rose Lebo, and Abby Lebo; four grandsons, Eric Lebo, Jr., Gavin Michael Lebo, Jason Lebo, Jr., and Alex John Lebo; Two Brothers, Attwood “Butch” Pallash, Jr and his wife, Paula of Coal Township, and Allen Pallash of Shamokin; one sister, Arlene Willis, of Shamokin; four sister-in-law’s, Tonya Lebo, of Tharptown, Diane Campbell, of Harrisburg, Karen Adams, of Shamokin, and Barbara Jean Swank, of Shamokin; and two brother-in-law’s, Melvin Lebo, and his wife, Sandra, of North Hampton, and Harold Mellet, of Danville.

In addition to her parents, Anita is preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Dorothy (Moyer) Lebo; father-in-law, Leon Lebo; one granddaughter, Theresa Kay Lebo; one brother, Arman Pallash; two sister in-laws, Patricia Mellet, and Virginia Ereman; and three brother-in-law’s, Leon Lebo, Jr., Stewart Campbell, and Ervin Adams.
